Her cakes are all home made. Her fruit cakes are moist and packed with fruit and contain Brandy. Her chocolate cakes are made with Cadbury’s cocoa and the lemon sponge cakes are made with fresh lemons. She also does a traditional Victoria sponge with raspberry jam and butter cream filling.
Lorraine makes all the cake decorations herself. All the flowers are hand made from hard set icing and therefore make a lovely keepsake when the cake has all gone. She always prefer to make a very personal cake so she will put lots of detail on it for you making it extra special to the person its for.
Remember making cakes is not only Lorraines job it is her pleasure and nothing is too much trouble.
