Stephanie’s cakes are made using the finest ingredients available with no compromise on quality. Fruit Cakes are made three months in advance and allowed to mature naturally, Madeira and Belgian Chocolate Cakes are made just two or three days before the Wedding to ensure they are as fresh as possible.
